- To lovingly treat every pet entrusted to my care as if they were my own.
- To always provide the highest quality pet care and customer service.
- To be ethically and honestly execute my promised duties as requested by my clients.
- To respect and protect my client’s pets, home and property.
- To always keep my client’s confidentiality.
- To have open and timely communication with my client’s and the Winter Park Pet Concierge office.
- To respond promptly, respectfully and clearly in all forms of communications.
- To be on time for meet and g and pet care assignments.
- To dress and act with professionalism while representing Winter Park Pet Concierge.
- To be helpful and cooperative with my fellow pet sitters.
- To regularlly increase my knowledge and understanding of pets through continued education.
